The comics that made me want to be an artist....

This piece was done for Thought Bubble Comic Con 2013 in Leeds. It'll be in their charity comic produced by Image comics and available at the Con.
The theme was what inspired us to get into Comics, or our childhood favourites. Hopefully you'll recognise a few on the necklaces that Bang Tidy from SOLID GOLD DEATH MASK is wearing!

This piece is dedicated to my father, who always inspired me, and encouraged my art. He introduced me to Ronald Searle's brilliant work, and I still have my dad's childhood copy of the Compleet Molesworth on my bookshelf.
Also love to my father's family as my Nan passed away last night.

Love always,
Your son, and grandson,
Rufus
